Buy, sell, and trade with people near you in Florida.

Listings

What every listing will show

• What it is: a short title and a description written by the seller.
• Photos from the seller.
• Price: a dollar amount, Free, Trade, or Make an offer.
• Condition: new, like new, good, fair, or for parts.
• City and ZIP code in Florida.
• How you get it: pickup, local delivery, or both. No shipping.
• When it was posted.
• Message the seller: for members.
• Report this listing: for everyone.

You will not see a street address on a listing. The buyer and the seller agree on where to meet.

Who can do what

How it works

1. Browse. Look at what is for sale near you.
2. Join. Become a member for $8 a month.
3. Post. List one item a day. Add photos, a price, your city and ZIP, and pickup or local delivery. Editing that same listing on the same day does not count as a new listing.
4. Message. Members talk to each other on the site to set a time and place.
5. Meet in Florida. Pick up or deliver. Pay the way you both agree.

This Is Florida does not take a cut of the sale. The seller keeps the price. Meets and Singles use the same membership.

The rules

• Florida only. The item must be in Florida.
• Pickup or local delivery only. No shipping.
• Adults 21 and older.
• One account per person. That account is your personal account and your business account. Do not open a second one.
• One listing a day.
• Post real items you own and can hand over.
• Use your own photos.
• Show a real price, or say Free, Trade, or Make an offer.
• Be honest about the condition.
• No illegal items.
• No drugs, marijuana, THC products, or prescription medicine.
• No alcohol, tobacco, or vapes.
• No explosives, bombs, or fireworks.
• No guns, firearms, ammunition, or weapons. This board stays away from them.
• No lottery tickets, lottery pools, or raffles.
• No Ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes.
• No software, apps, license keys, or downloads. This board cannot know what an install puts on a device. The software may be fake, or the license may already be registered.
• No hazardous materials.
• No fake products, counterfeit goods, or stolen goods.
• No fake IDs, fake documents, or hacked accounts.
• No out-of-state deals.
• No prostitution or sexual services.
• No live animals, and no wildlife or endangered-species parts.
• No recalled products.
• No unlicensed work where the work requires a license.
• Nothing involving a minor.
• Be polite in messages.
• Take a listing down once the item is gone.

Do not break the rules. You will not be invited back.
