Not open A rider cannot board a Brightline train in Tampa today. There is no Brightline service from Tampa or from Tampa International Airport. Brightline does not list a Tampa station page. On November 1, 2026, that address showed the site's missing-page notice.

Hillsborough County's transportation planning organization studied how a future station in greater downtown Tampa could connect to other travel. Its board accepted the Brightline Station Area Study on December 10, 2025. The study map on that page says the location of a potential station has not been determined. The page does not state funding for construction, a design, a construction start, or an opening year.
