Sebastian Inlet State Park Indian River

Sebastian Inlet State Park extends across the Brevard–Indian River county boundary rather than operating as two separately named parks. This listing represents the Indian River County side; the park's published contact address remains 9700 South Highway A1A in Melbourne Beach. Visitors can explore the coastal setting and the park's historical interpretation, including the McLarty Treasure Museum near its southern boundary. Beaches, fishing areas and lagoon paddling are part of the park experience, but access depends on current conditions and facility notices. Florida State Parks lists a temporary north-jetty closure effective October 25, 2026. That notice does not describe a closure of the entire park. Review the official alerts and construction-related parking information before choosing an entrance or planning a particular activity.
