The city page says rental hours are 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily, excluding Christmas Day. The center has a large stage, a full kitchen, an ice machine, and a sound system. The entire building, the auditorium, and the annex rent separately.
The rental information sheet says the Civic Center parking lot is available to guests and the number of spaces cannot be guaranteed because other functions may be occurring in the area. The page does not print a headcount.
A $100 refundable deposit is due at reservation. Decorating fees are $75 an hour. Police fees, if required, are $60 an hour per officer with a four-hour minimum. Non-profit organizations receive a 15 percent discount on set-up and rental rates only.
The city rate example for four hours with use of the kitchen for the entire building is $1,086.40. The rate sheet also lists the auditorium and the annex separately, with and without the kitchen.
