The city says the banquet hall is 8,300 square feet, can be divided into two to four rooms, and has a stage. The rental guidelines say the auditorium maximum is 500 guests theater style and 320 guests banquet style with a dance floor. Two meeting rooms accommodate groups from five to 50.
There is a full-size catering kitchen. The guidelines also name a food-preparation use and a full-kitchen use, available with a caterer's license and insurance. Amenities listed include parking, an ADA restroom, and Wi-Fi. The page does not print a parking-space count.
