Palm Beach County Parks prints one assembly room with seating for 200 to 500, four assembly rooms with seating for 15 to 175, and two classrooms with seating for 12 to 30. There is one kitchen for food distribution, one stage, restroom facilities, and 4.06 acres. The page says room capacities must be kept.
Parking is allowed in designated parking spots only. Overnight parking is prohibited. The page does not print a space count.
The prep kitchen is for food distribution. Cooking is not permitted in the kitchen or the facility. The kitchen includes a commercial-grade refrigerator, a freezer, and an ice machine. The applicant must be at least 21. Alcohol is permitted with prior approval, plus insurance and licenses when they apply.
Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Available by reservation Sunday through Thursday until 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until midnight.
Private rates, subject to change and to sales tax. Combined classrooms: set-up $32, kitchen not available, $55 an hour, refundable security deposit $75. Individual assembly room: set-up $27, $85 an hour with the kitchen, $75 an hour without the kitchen, refundable security deposit $250. Half the assembly rooms: set-up $52, $140 an hour with the kitchen, $125 an hour without the kitchen, refundable security deposit $250. Entire assembly rooms ABCD: set-up $68, $165 an hour with the kitchen, $140 an hour without the kitchen, refundable security deposit $250. The private advanced deposit is $150. A Saturday or Sunday rental must take the entire assembly room for at least four hours, plus $42.75 an hour for staff overtime. The dance floor for the entire assembly rooms is $24.
Civic rates, for a non-profit or a civic group with a monthly meeting and an elected board, subject to change and to sales tax. Individual classrooms: set-up $5, kitchen not available, $10 an hour. Combined classrooms: set-up $10, kitchen not available, $16 an hour. Individual assembly room: set-up $12, $22 an hour with the kitchen, $18 an hour without the kitchen. Half the assembly rooms: set-up $17, $28 an hour with the kitchen, $22 an hour without the kitchen. Entire assembly rooms ABCD: set-up $22, $34 an hour with the kitchen, $28 an hour without the kitchen. Civic social functions: individual assembly room set-up $25 and $30 an hour with the kitchen; half the assembly rooms set-up $40 and $30 an hour with the kitchen; entire assembly rooms set-up $55 and $44 an hour with the kitchen. That civic-social block does not print a without-kitchen rate. The civic advanced deposit is $100. A refundable $250 security deposit may be required for a large civic social event.
