The city facility page says the center has four meeting rooms, including the main ballroom and a reception area. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for reserved events. The office is inside the Porcher House in Suite 202. Phone 321-639-3500, extension 4.
The city FAQ prints these capacities: ballroom 700 seating and 1,200 standing; conference room 1, 160 seating and 290 standing; conference room 2, 64 seating and 138 standing.
The same FAQ says the Porcher House, the Civic Center, and Riverfront Park close for events at 11:00 p.m. and the lessee must be cleaned up and out by 12:00 a.m.
The city facility-use application says kitchen rental is available with the Civic Center ballroom and incurs an additional fee. The pages read do not print a parking-space count or the kitchen fee.
